QuarkXPress version you are using (including build number)
XTensions software version you are using (including build number)
Operating system version you are using
Detailed description of the problem
Step-by-step instructions on how to recreate the problem

The more detailed description you provide, the more likely it is that we can find a solution.

We will get back to you via email as soon as possible, usually with 24 hours during business days.
